Attendance App

I recently created a minimal QR attendance app for my university using IONIC with Angular. The app was designed to simplify the attendance-taking process for professors and make it easier for students to check in to their classes.

The app uses QR codes to verify a student's attendance. Each class has a unique QR code that the professor generates and displays at the beginning of the class. Students can scan the QR code using their smartphones and the app will automatically mark them as present.

One of the key benefits of the app is that it eliminates the need for physical attendance sheets, which can be time-consuming and error-prone. Professors can easily view attendance records for each class on their dashboard, and students can access their own attendance history through the app.

To create the app, I used the IONIC framework with Angular. I chose this combination because it allowed me to create a cross-platform app that works seamlessly on both iOS and Android devices. I also appreciated the ease of use and flexibility that IONIC provides, which allowed me to quickly develop and test the app.
