Productivity Tools I Use as a Developer

As a developer, I use various tools to increase my productivity. Here are some of the ones I use:

Raycast

Raycast is specifically designed for productivity, and it has many features that make it more efficient than Spotlight. For instance, Raycast allows you to quickly access frequently used apps, run custom scripts, and perform various actions with just a few keystrokes. Additionally, Raycast offers integrations with various tools and services, making it a more versatile tool for productivity.

Spotlight, on the other hand, is primarily designed for searching files on your Mac. While it can launch apps and perform some basic calculations, it lacks the advanced features that make Raycast a more powerful productivity tool.

Warp Terminal

Warp Terminal has a user-friendly interface and advanced features like multiple tabs, split panes, and custom themes. It also offers context-aware completions, making it easier to navigate and execute commands. Check it out here.

Notion Calendar

Notion Calendar is a scheduling tool that I use to manage my tasks and deadlines. It has a simple user interface and supports recurring tasks, reminders, and notifications.

Cleanshot X

Cleanshot X is a screenshot tool that allows me to capture screenshots, annotate them, and share them with others. It has a simple user interface and supports multiple capture modes, making it a great tool for documenting code and sharing it with others.

Notion

Notion is a productivity tool that allows me to organize my tasks, notes, and projects all in one place. It has a simple user interface and supports multiple views, making it a great tool for project management and collaboration.

Linear

Linear is a project management tool that helps teams organize and prioritize their tasks, track progress, and collaborate efficiently. With Linear, you can create and assign tasks, set due dates, add labels and dependencies, and keep track of your team's workload. It offers integrations with popular tools like GitHub, Slack, and Figma, making it easier to sync your project management with other platforms. Linear provides a clean and intuitive user interface, making it a useful tool for developers and teams looking to streamline their workflow.
